:clock: I dont wear watches. Why?
- I have small wrist compare to Hulk.
- I feel unnatural/troublesome to add more chores for my daily basis other than keys and bulky hp.
- Have to tanggal jam every-time to get wudhuk
- Lastly, not many good design watches to match with me.. hahahaha
Things I consider to buy new watches
- Watch types
- Formal : I would consider elegant watch either bracelet type or leather e.g: Seiko, Victorinox
- Sports/Hiking/Tech : With digital mode. With multisuperduper function. (OMG you have to see TISSOT TOUCH )
- For casual: Cool design base on genre like Swatch
MyChoice : Since its for ‘hantaran‘, I will consider formal version with analog indicator. Digital for kids!! just kidding :silly:
- Budget
- Low : Pasar malam, all cheap-fake or A grade replica watches
- Mid : Consider original watches from authorized shop-let. Everywhere got mah, Sg Wang, Lowyat, Pertama depend on your budget. Consider range RM500 up to Rm 3,000
- High : Omega, Phatek Philipe, Bell & Ross, Tag Heuer, Gucci, Oris
MyChoice : My Budget ~RM600 – Rm1,000, so I’m going for mid range watch.
- Taste
- Color : I prefer black background with appealing numeric number
- Design-built : There 2 type I notice about analog watch, chronograph and normal type.
Chronograph : Got stopwatch features and other timer, 2 button with 1 chrome. Usually have 3 inner circle timer to indicate seconds and minutes. While normal watch don’t have chronograph features built inside. - Strap:
- Bracelet : Stainless steel or Titanium. Long lasting strap with snap-lock, double lock, triple lock.
- Leather : Estimate lasting for a year at least (depend on user ). For some branded watch they include pusher buckle.
Butterfly deployant for leather watch bands.
- Rubber : Comfortable strap usually for design look, sporty watch or casual.
Normal leather strap
- Watch Crystal : A transparent cover that protect the watch face.
- Plexiglass : plastic use by cheap2 watch
- Ordinary glass: like that used for windows aka mineral glass
- Sapphire glass: whether natural or synthetic, its one of the hardest substances on earth. So its scratch-less free except with diamond.
MyChoice : Black bg color; Not chronograph-type coz I prefer the long needle moving indicate seconds :beauty: ; leather type with added buckle-lock and of coz sapphire crystal
